Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TUNINQ mobile application (the “App”), operated by GRBZ Studio (“GRBZ Studio”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time in the App (Profile → Delete Account).

3. The service

TUNINQ lets you upload a photo of a car and generate modified visualizations (for example, changes to paint, wheels, body kits, and stance). The App requires an internet connection. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Tokens and purchases

Tokens are a virtual, consumable in-app currency used to generate images. Each generation consumes a set number of tokens.
You can buy token packs through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account and processed by Apple or Google under their terms; we do not receive your payment card details.
Tokens are consumable and non-refundable except where a refund is required by law or granted under the applicable app store’s refund policy. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google.
Tokens have no monetary value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any promotional or welcome-bonus tokens may be limited (for example, one bonus per device) and may expire or be withdrawn.
We may change token pricing or the number of tokens required per generation on a prospective basis.

5. Your content and license

You retain ownership of the photos you upload (“Your Content”).
You grant GRBZ Studio a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process Your Content solely to operate the App and generate your requested result. As described in our Privacy Policy, uploaded photos are not stored on our servers after processing, and generated images are saved on your device.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload, and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

upload content you do not have the rights to, or that depicts other people without their consent;
upload or generate content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable;
use the App to create misleading or deceptive imagery presented as real;
attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass security or usage limits of the App;
use the App in violation of any applicable law.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Generated content

Images produced by the App are generated visualizations for entertainment and inspiration only. They may be inaccurate, unrealistic, or not technically feasible, and do not represent actual products, parts, or modifications, nor any endorsement by vehicle or parts manufacturers. You are responsible for how you use generated images, including compliance with third-party rights (such as trademarks) and applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

The App, including its software, design, “TUNINQ” name and logo, and all related content (excluding Your Content), is owned by GRBZ Studio and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

9. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services (including Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and Cloudflare). Your use of the App may also be subject to those parties’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated results will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRBZ Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for the App in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., content licenses already granted, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.

15. Apple App Store

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and GRBZ Studio only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard EULA (Licensed Application End User License Agreement).
