- How does TUNINQ work? Take or pick a photo of your car, choose modifications (paint, wheels, body kit, stance), and the app generates a modified visualization you can save and share.
- What are tokens? Each generation uses tokens. New accounts get a welcome bonus, and you can buy more token packs in the app. Tokens are consumable and have no cash value.
- I bought tokens but didn’t receive them. Reopen the app while online — purchases are re-checked automatically. If they still don’t appear, email us with your purchase details.
- Restore purchases / manage subscription. Token purchases are one-time (consumable) and are managed through your Apple App Store account.
- Verify your email. After signing up we send a verification link. If it’s missing, check your spam folder or tap “Resend” on the in-app banner.
- Delete your account. In the app: Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and personal data.
